Using Personal Essay Samples
Using Personal Essay SamplesWhen I was in college, I knew about samples of a personal essay. I don't remember exactly where I got them, but I do remember that I always wrote something when I was required to write something. Most of the time, it was something about a teacher or a professor that I admired. When you get a personal essay, you don't necessarily get a standard essay, so you have to be a little more creative than usual.A sample is a good idea, because you can use it as a guide. You can write something that works and get away with it. The idea of getting something from a sample is a bit like a housebuilding template, in that it gives you a start. You just have to be careful, and follow the instructions. The first thing you need to do is to go online and look for sample essays. The website you choose should be a page about a personal essay. Once you find it, use it as a guide. You can use this sample as a starting point. One of the ways you can prepare for your essay is to find a short paragraph. You don't want to over-think this, because then you end up writing a long one. You can write a short paragraph about yourself and then do some research about what you're writing about. You can use facts and figures, quotes, and whatever else you feel is relevant. This will get you writing a story instead of just a story. When you do your own personal essay, it can be helpful to use a template. Use examples of the information that you want to include in your essay. You can find templates on the Internet that let you customize each section. That way, you won't have to worry about doing a lot of thinking and writing.Next, you need to read the sample. Make sure that it's clear, clear, and concise. Don't copy it, and don't edit it. Designing Implementing And Improving Process Management
Question: Dicuss about the Designing Implementing And Improving Process Management. Answer: Change management helps an organization to manage the changes that are required for the clients. When a process that the organization follows for a long period is subject to a change, the process to adapt to the new change consumes time and is not easy to implement. The process of change needs to have a positive impact on the organization. The staff those are involved in the change process needs to be alerted so that the function can be carried out smoothly. The change management process helps to develop the skills related to the political, analytical, people, system and business skills (Cameroon and Green 2015). The evaluation of the impacts with respect to the financial and political part will help the organization in carrying out the change smoothly. Hence, the role of change management is very important in an organization as it helps to give a proactive and a reactive response in the internal and external environment of the organization. This management process has helped me in u nderstanding to minimize the resistance, increasing the engagement of the employees in the organization to improve their performance. The innovations that will lead to change in the process will help to reduce the cost of the organization (Hayes 2014). To achieve the targets set by the organization, the ability to persuade the employees is very much important. It will help me in understanding the audience that I will target to persuade them so that the target can be achieved. This helps me in understanding the audience and their socio-economic status, which will help me in meticulously planning the strategies that are required to persuade the workforce. It will enable me to understand the competitive advantages and the management of resources in an efficient manner. The plan that I will be undertaking will consist of an in-depth study of the organization with respect to the operational aspects, the future goals of the company and the opportunities with respect to career (Mootz III 2014). This will help me to persuade my audience in an efficient way so that they feel motivated while working in the company. Communication plays an important role to persuade the audiences by making them understand the benefits of accepting the change t hat will be effective in the organization. During the verbal communication process, certain body postures need to be kept in mind, which will help me to make the audience agree with the proposal. Maintaining a thorough eye contact during the presentation of the idea is essential; as it will help, my audiences understand the proposal in a better way (Petty, Ostrom and Brock 2014). According to Jeston and Nelis (2014), the change management in the organization will be effective if it involves the employees as well. There needs to be a proper planning process to involve the employees as soon as possible so that the change can take immediately in the organization. The team of management plays an important role in supporting the change process. The stakeholders, process owners and the employees forms an integral part in the decision making process regarding any changes bought in the organization as they have to learn through the workshops and implement it in the organization. According to Della Torre and Solari (2013), small groups of employees are made to understand the informations that are important in the management process, which they will in turn make the remaining of the employees, understand. This needs to be done properly so that they can impart the proper knowledge to others. When the process of change is taking place in the organization, we must enable the employees to identify its impact on the organization so that they are comfortable in working with the changes that have taken place. According to me, organizational development helps in applying the tools, methods, frameworks and the processes that help to formulate an organization, which makes it more productive, innovative and the ability to earn more profits (Geparth et al. 2014). It is a recurrent and a systematic process that helps in the positive implementation of the changes that takes place in the organization. The development process in an organization has to be in sync with the goals and the objectives of the company (Fourman and Gaiasoft Ip 2015). Information Communication Technology or ICT is plays an integral part in my life because it has helped me to look at the world, the processes and the activities in a different perspective altogether. It has helped me in improving my efficiency, which are related to various stages that are included in the processes. It has helped me to contribute immensely with the help of emails. Back in my schooldays, the only way to access the study materials were the hard copies of the books and the necessary document, but with the advent of ICT, the entire education system has undergone a change (Hislop, Bosch-Sijtsema and Zimmermann 2013). It has helped me to widen my knowledge as getting the study materials nowadays are very easy and is available easily. The profession that I am in that is an engineer enables me to use ICT on a regular basis, which is related to the manufacturing, production, advertisements, business etc. However, the over use of this medium affects the analytical, cognitive an d the artistic abilities of a person and relies on ICT to solve the basic issues in life (Appel et al. 2014). According to Hislop, Bosch-Sijtsema and Zimmermann (2013), the advantages of ICT are that it helps in solving and detecting crimes with the development of cameras and webcams. It helps to gather informations and is of major help to the students and it can store the informations as well. It makes the process of communication very fast and cost-effective as informations and feedbacks can be transferred via emails. According to Appel et al. (2014) however, there are certain disadvantages as well such as it creates unemployment as automation takes over manual labor, which affects the income and the status of individual in a society. Decisions form an integral part in the life of every individual. it is made by every human on this planet and it sometimes tends to be on the wrong side. To make proper decisions, it requires development over a long period, which some of the great leaders also cannot master. On a personal note, I believe that the individual needs to have a strong objective, but to achieve that objective, the methods that will be involved needs to be flexible. It depends on the importance factor, the involvement of cost and the information that is available (Shepherd and Rudd 2014). One cannot make decisions based on nothing. It has to have some inputs that needs to be gathered, collaborated, classified and organized in a proper manner so that making the decision is easy. Identifying the various factors that are involved in the problem leads to a good decision. On a personal note, if I make any bad decisions, I will always accept the consequences that will come along with that decision. To avoid these decisions in the future, I need to have a proper knowledge on the decision-making abilities, which will help me in avoiding these decisions for the future (Zsambok and Klein 2014). The things that need to be kept in mind by me to prevent wrong decisions are the informations that are insufficient, which will lead to take wrong decisions. It is also that too many informations also lead to wrong decision because too many information leads to conflict. When many people opine their views and their values, it leads to wrong decisions, as too many ideas and views tend to make the decision go wrong. While making the decisions the sentiments of the people needs to be kept aside as it will tend to make the wrong decisions. I have learnt that the change management is necessary in any organization because it helps to achieve more productivity in a cost-effective manner. This helps the organization to set higher targets for its employees. The employees need to understand the changes that have been made in the organization, and give their views regarding the positive and the negative sides of the change processes. Persuasion plays an important part in the decision-making process because it helps the employees who are the target audience to make them understand about the different strategies that the organization is taking up, which will help the company to meet its targets in the future. ICT also plays an important part in the development process as it provides a faster means of communication for the information to reach its receiver so that the individual can give proper feedback and the management can look after it. Decision plays an important role, as it is through this process that the company can achi eve the objectives. It will help me to use these strategies to have a sound working environment in my workplace and prevent from the decisions that will hamper the proceedings in the workplace. Trail Of Tears Essays - Cherokee Nation, Trail Of Tears, Choctaw
Trail Of Tears Within United States History, there has been some horrible discrimination upon certain races of people. At the trail of tears native Americans were persecuted against heavily. Until 1828 the federal government had Cherokee rights to their land and in that same year Andrew Jackson was elected president and this all ended. On September 15, 1830, at Little Dancing Rabbit Creek, the Chiefs of tribes and representatives of the United States met to discuss a bill recently passed by the Congress. This day started with all the same good intentions of those today but ended with only a few Native Americans signing the treaty which allowing for the removal of all Indian peoples to the west of the Mississippi River. ( Brill, The Trail of tears: The Cherokee journey from home.) The Choctaw were told that the Americans in Washington cared little for the situation. They wanted the Choctaw moved on their own, or by military force. The Indians were believed to be ignorant savages, but they were industrious farmers, merchants, and businessmen of all types. Some were educated people, many were Christians. They even had an organized system of government and a codified body of law. Some of these people were not even Indians, some were strangers and orphans had been taken in over the years. These were people who did not deserve what they went through. When the Chiefs and Warriors signed the treaty, they had come to the realization that they had no option. For doing this the government officials guaranteed to the Indians the body of the treaty, safe conveyance to our new homes. (You cannot forget that in this treaty, the Choctaw traded 10.3 million acres of land east of the Mississippi for 10.3 acres in Oklahoma and Arkansas that we already owned under previous treaties.) Further, it included provisions and monetary annuities, to assist the people to make a new start. One half of the people were to depart almost immediately, the rest the next year. On March 27, 1838, congress did not accept the request for the relief of the Cherokee. Many then saw their land and property sold before their own eyes. The conveyances promised turn out to be a forced march. it was said that ...seven thousand soldiers swooped over the nation causing the Cherokees to suffer greatly and also the troops were ordered To use guns and swords if necessary to punish any Cherokee who tried to hide. (Brill, 43) At the point of a gun, the pace killed many of the old, exposure and bad food killed most. Spoiled beef and vegetables are poor provisions, Many walked the entire distance without shoes, barely clothed. It is told that, Hateful soldiers prodded and kicked the old and sick on their march to the camps. Those who were too weak to keep up were left by the road without food to recover or die. Soldiers pricked friends and family with bayonets to keep them from turning back to help (Brill, 45). These horrid conditions are what the Indians had to deal with. Th e supplies that were given had been rejected by the Americans. One person complained my feet are blistered and on my back is a read and blue backpack of fifty pounds (Ellis). The government cannot be blamed fully, nearly all of this was done by men that were interested only in making profits. They government's really is just wrong for not watching over the whole deal. Many of the old and the children died on the road. At each allowed stop, the dead were buried. Hearing of this many escaped. They knew that as they signed the rolls, to be removed, that they were signing their own death warrants( Brill, 42) . They hid in places that no one would travel to look for them (i.e., Swamps, hills). But as this horror occurred those in charge just reported their peaceful progress. (Ellis, walking the trial: one man's journey along the Cherokee trail of tears.) Some marching claimed to be Black Dutch, Spanish, Creole, or Black. These people were accepted by neither the Americans or the papered. Many others who had to march fled to Illinois, Missouri, Arkansas, and Louisiana. The fertile

Price Ceilings Are Useless essays
Price Ceilings Are Useless essays Even dough I had to argue in favor of price ceilings, I hate price ceilings. Researching on the internet I couldnt find a good thing. (The example that I put in the presentation with the rice and everything is not good because the $ spent by the gov paying for water only to plant those plants is more than the whole harvest) Also in an article by by Roger Ream who is Director of Seminars of The Foundation for Economic Education he said that despite the economic knowledge that price ceiling makes suppliers not to fabricate as much and that this causes shortages and that this shortages pushes the prices higher than before. The government is still using price ceiling because they want to be in control. He also says that the government should stop this because they are hurting the people that already are hurt. Hurting the poor. Despite overwhelming economic knowledge that price controls (in this discussion, ceilings on prices) discourage suppliers, thus causing shortages and therefore eventually pushing prices above their free market levels, the clamor for controls never subsides. A plea on behalf of the poor is perhaps the loudest excuse for ignoring economic wisdom and imposing controls. This emotional appeal to the plight of the poor often blinds individuals from seeing things as they really are, rather. Controls lead to a less efficient employment of scarce resources, and this hurts the poor the most. It is those on the bottom of the economic ladder who have the greatest stake in efforts to create the most opportunities, goods, and services from limited resources. The effect of price controls will be shortages and eventually prices higher than they would be in an unhampered market; effects precisely contrary to the stated objectives of their supporters. ( Roger Ream) Rent controls in large cities are a type of price ceiling. The government says you cannot raise the price above the...
